Sounds like an overpromise? Wait and see for yourself at our female-only event on September 8 and 9 in Munich. In two days, you will get to know our co-host, Welthungerhilfe, in person and discover firsthand how BCG tackles social problems worldwide. And since hunger is a worldwide issue, we are teaming up with our colleagues from Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic for the very first time for this event so you can get a wider perspective on the issue and how we as BCG work transnationally on the most important topics. You will not only be able to gain fascinating insights into our current projects and other NGO partners—together with your case team, you will actively look for solutions and come up with ideas that can make the world a better place. And if you like the group spirit, we can pave the way for your application with our subsequent interview training. Ready? Apply by August 14 and start your career with purpose.
IN A NUTSHELL—WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
Find out how we make valuable contributions to society through our social impact projects.
Meet our NGO partner Welthungerhilfe, discover what we have been working on together, and learn about the impact we have already created.
Meet participants and BCGers from all over Europe to learn how we can tackle the world’s most pressing issues transnationally.
Get an exclusive interview training for your potential start at the Group.
We will begin the first day with a brief introduction of BCG. You will find out all about our work with more than 150 local and global organizations on over 300 social impact projects. After that, you will have the opportunity to learn more about various BCG initiatives and opportunities at our different BCG locations. Following that, there will be plenty of room for your own ideas: As part of a case team, you will work with other women on a real project for Welthungerhilfe and come up with solutions. As the event’s crowning moment, you can team up with other event participants and get involved in one of our local initiatives. The details will remain a surprise for now. What isn’t a surprise: Over dinner, you’ll have the opportunity to chat with representatives of BCG and Welthungerhilfe. Of course, you will also have a chance build up your network with other participants and the BCGers from all the different countries.
On the second day, you will have some more time to finish up your case work. And the best part: You can present your ideas right away to the representatives of Welthungerhilfe and BCG. You will also get some firsthand insights into how the case was solved in real life and how we collaborate with Welthungerhilfe. After the event, we are offering exclusive interview trainings for those of you who want to join BCG right away. And who knows—maybe your first project as part of the Group will be your own idea for Welthungerhilfe. Welcome to the Group.
